High-achieving Year 11 students at a Fenham school were celebrating as an impressive two out of five were awarded top GCSE grades of 7, 8 and 9.

There were celebrations all round when students at a Fenham school received their A level results. Five students at Sacred Heart Catholic High School received straight A*s, while an impressive number achieved a combination of A* and A grades to secure places at some of the UK’s top universities, including Oxford.

Lovers of comedy horror are in for a treat when a Fenham school’s latest musical opens this month. Talented students at Sacred Heart Catholic High School are staging a production of Little Shop of Horrors, which relates the story of unfortunate flower shop employee Seymour, who discovers a carnivorous plant with a taste for human blood.
