The Lay Pastoral Forum met on Saturday 22 June 2024, with an extended invitation to all Partnership Chairs. The Forum consists of a Chair, the Director for Formation and Mission and Lay Pastoral Forum members.
We followed a synodal process led by Fr Dermott Preston where he raised our spiritual awareness of the Holy Spirit calling us. The session prayerfully focused our minds on how we might move forward in a synodal way.
Members of the Lay Pastoral Forum were asked to share their experiences of their current position in the Diocese.
The Lay Pastoral Forum was keen to keep developing Partnerships as they saw them as a key way to communicate across the Diocese and implement the vision.
