The National Justice and Peace Network Annual Conference took place from Friday 19 to Sunday 21 July at the Hayes Conference Centre, Swanwick, Derbyshire. Fourteen people from our Diocese took part in what was a busy, enjoyable and productive weekend.
The event was attended by over 160 people from across the country and we had the opportunity to hear from a range of speakers and attend workshops based on the theme “Just Politics”.
We came home tired, but inspired with lots of practical ideas to engage with politicians to builder a fairer world.
