The Little Sisters of the Poor at St Joseph’s Home in Newcastle are finding the current economic climate increasingly more difficult. The emergency lockdown measures they have had to implement to aid efforts to fight the COVID-19 pandemic and keep their residents safe have had a massive impact on their fundraising activities and the charitable donations they rely on to meet the ever increasing daily running costs of the Home.
