The Vicariate for Caritas was established by Bishop Robert in January 2020 to support advocacy and outreach in the Diocese of Hexham & Newcastle. As we emerge from the global pandemic, this work is needed now more than ever to ensure that individuals living in our Diocese can thrive, and not just survive.
