The Diocese has invested in a new IT system which will affect your access to SharePoint sites.  The first phase of this change will start on 20 Dec 2022 and from this point you will no longer be able to access SharePoint sites with the links that you have been using. 

In the week before the end of term, you should receive an automated email inviting you to click on a link to access SharePoint.  Please check your junk email if you do not see this email in your inbox.  You will receive one email for each SharePoint site that you are a member of, and you need to follow the instructions that follow for each link you are sent.

One new feature in SharePoint access will be the use of two factor authentication for secure access to the sites.  As such, in addition to using the email address that you are registered with for SharePoint, you will need your mobile phone with you when you click on the link to enable you to set up the second stage identity verification which will grant you access to your site.
