St Wilfrid’s RC College

A number of secondary schools, all part of Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust, are holding their open days for Primary School pupils in year six.

Students and staff at St Wilfrid's RC College, which is part of Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust, are celebrating their GCSE results, with 75% of all grades being at a grade 4 and 25 % of all grades at a grade 7 or above. 17% of pupils achieved all their grades at a 7 or above.

A sixth form college in South Shields has seen 37% of students studying A levels achieving A or A* grades, with the majority of those studying on vocational courses also achieving distinctions.
