We are pleased to announce details of a trial hybrid Liturgical Formation Course for New Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion.
The course is shaped for new Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, but existing ministers may take part in the course as a refresher.
The programme will involve a mix of three 1½ hour online sessions and one in-person day session. Two alternative dates are provided for the day session, one in a northern location and the other in a southern location.
Please note that participants must attend all three online sessions and one of the in-person day sessions to be commissioned in this ministry.

Online Session 1: Tuesday 15th September 7pm-8:30pm
Online Session 2: Tuesday 22th September 7pm-8:30pm
Online Session 3: Tuesday 29th September 7pm-8:30pm
In-person Session:
Option 1: Saturday 3rd October 10:30am–3pm at Holy Rosary, Sidlaw Road, Billingham TS23 2EP
Option 2: Saturday 10th October 10:30am–3pm at St Hilda’s Resource Centre, West Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 7PY
(Participants to bring a packed lunch for the day event – tea and coffee provided)
