A recent event promoting next year’s Woman’s Rugby World Cup saw pupils from St Anne’s Primary School in Pennywell take part in a primary schools rugby skills festival.
The children took part in a series of team activities and challenges, and provided the children with the opportunity to develop key skills used in rugby such as throwing, catching, agility, teamwork and communication.
The children were awarded best class at the event.
