We are pleased to announce details of our next Liturgical Formation Course for New Liturgical Leaders of Celebrations of the Word and Holy Communion (Lay Leaders).
An introductory course which helps new Liturgical Leaders of Celebrations of the Word and Holy Communion to begin learning about this ministry.
The programme consists of six sessions: Please note that participants must attend all sessions to be commissioned in this ministry.
Venue: St Hilda’s Diocesan Resource Centre, West Road, Newcastle upon Tyne NE15 7PY.
Dates:
Session 1: Monday 30 September, 7.00 – 9.00pm.
Session 2: Monday 7 October, 7.00 – 9.00pm.
Session 3: Monday 14 October, 7.00 – 9.00pm.
Session 4: Monday 21 October, 7.00 – 9.00pm.
Session 5: Saturday 2 November, 10.00am – 4.00pm*.
Session 6: Monday 4 November, 7.00 – 9.00pm (to include a Commissioning Service).
*Participants to bring their own packed lunch for the day event – tea and coffee provided.
Cost: £30.00 per participant
Booking Deadline: Monday 23 September 2024.
