We are seeking a pastoral administration assistant to support the pastoral teams in providing pastoral care for our students and to be the first port of call for parents/carers. As a pastoral administration assistant, you will provide support in monitoring and tracking all students in order to contribute to raising attendance, achievement and behaviour.
The successful candidate will be able to operate in a proactive way, demonstrating a high level of initiative and discretion. They will also be able to effectively prioritise and organise time and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
