St Paul’s are very proud to have adopted the Thrive Approach into our school day. We recognise the need for staff and children to be encouraged and supported to look after their mental health and well-being. We now have a school offer of support which outlines the provision in place to ensure that our whole school community is able to thrive.

Mrs Peacock, Deputy Head and SENDCo has recently achieved a Level 4 certificate in Mental Health Aware Leadership (RQF) (Education) and is our licenced Thrive Practitioner. To support the Thrive Approach we are also a Forest School and offer this as part of our enriched curriculum offer as well as extended school provision. This has a great impact on our children’s mental health and well-being and is a fantastic way to embed our Trust Virtues.
